Cinta Kaipat Joins Horse Opera

Horse Opera Productions is pleased to announce the addition of Ms. Cinta Matagolai Kaipat as Associate Producer for The Insular Empire documentary project. Ms. Kaipat was Co-Producer and Co-Director with Dr. Beret E. Strong on the critically acclaimed documentary Lieweila: Navigator's Children (U.S. title: Lieweila: A Micronesian Story). She will be working part-time on The Insular Empire: America's Pacific Frontier, and will serve as the local liaison to the production team on the mainland. Ms. Kaipat will also continue to serve as Hearing Officer for the Division of Administrative Hearing Office for the CNMI Department of Labor.
